This decision is made at the convention, by convention leadership, to address the needs of the convention. All Volunteer shifts will be during the convention hours listed below.
The convention hours are as follows:
Thursday Set Up: 5:00PM-10:00PM
Friday Set Up - 9:00am-12:00PM
Friday - 12:00PM-2:00AM
Saturday - 9:00AM-2:00AM
Sunday - 9:00AM-5:00PM
Sunday Tear Down - 5:00PM-10:00PM
All Volunteers must attend Volunteer Orientation prior to your first shift. You are required to work 8 hours during the convention to earn the merchandise voucher. You are required to work 12 hours during the convention to earn badge reimbursement. Set up and tear down count towards these hours if worked.
